Jade is the Educational Leader and supports Reesha in the office.  Jade started her career as a primary school teacher with Education Queensland before finding her passion in Early Childhood Education and continuing her studies in this field. Jade will be working with the educators in the rooms to create a vibrant, interesting and most of all fun learning environment for the children.

Reesha has been with WECC for over 30years and has been the Director for 27 of those years.  Reesha is an advocate for nature pedagogy and has been invited to present at numerous conferences around Australia.  In 2011 Reesha took two other WECC educators to Scotland to attend a conference presented by Claire Warden and her company Mind Stretchers.  This focused on the benefits of outdoor play and learning practices.  With this knowledge Reesha implemented the Bush Kindergarten here at Woden and in 2014 undertook the challenge of implementing outdoor sleep during rest time.  This became so successful that Early Childhood Australia interviewed Reesha regarding the process and how it was received by the parents.  Reesha is also a long standing member of the Community based Directors Association and is currently their professional support coordinator.  As well as this Reesha sits on Minister Berry's consultive committee for Early Childhood Education.  At the start of 2022 Reesha has decided to spend Fridays with her family, therefore will be at the Centre Mondays through to Thursdays.

Jamie has been with Woden Early Childhood Centre for 10years and is committed to providing high quality education and care for all children.  Jamie conducts most of our tours for new parents and is the person you want to talk to regarding anything tech in the Centre. Jamie is always bright and bubbly and is a genuine people person.  Jamie's two daughters attended WECC and she is a passionate advocate for the Centre.
